How Times Have Changed.

Can you believe it’s been more than 2 years since we last posted an update? We thought it was about time we broke our silence and let you know what’s happening at Trusted Cars.

You will remember when we last updated you, we were going through a period of growth, and we are pleased to report that growth has continued during this time.

We have gone from our small home office in Preston Bissett, a short stay in Silverstone, and now we have settled closer to home again in Maids Moreton. Vitalograph House has given us the office space we need to expand our services and grow the team. Although we are searching for yard space to maintain and clean our vehicles.

This year we welcomed Mervyn and Sarah to the team taking our staff to 11, with a vehicle fleet of 14. Quite an increase from 2 cars and 1 airport driver.

Of course, 2020 has not been a typical year and we, like many other businesses, had to unexpectedly pause for 5 months. While that has meant we’ve had to halt some plans, we’re fortunate to have a strong team, and all are still with us and working exceptionally hard to take us through into 2021.

The pandemic has forced us to adopt new procedures and policies that 2 years ago we’d have never imagined. Dedication from the team has enabled us to protect our customers, drivers and staff and we don’t want to let that pass without extending our gratitude for the support we’ve received.

So firstly, we want to thank each and every one of our customers. We know it hasn’t been the travel experience you’ve been used to but your understanding and compliance with anti-bac procedures, temperature checks and track and trace forms have been much appreciated.

Secondly, thank you to our team of office staff and drivers. We know you have had to endure a lack of workload, constantly change and understand new procedures and clean vehicles more than you ever thought you would. But your dedication to roll your sleeves up and do what’s needed has put us in the position we’re in – we remain fully open and we’re going into 2021 strong, as a full team.

We don’t know what the future holds as far as the pandemic goes, but we do know this. The whole Trusted Cars team is looking forward to the day we can finally take you, our lovely customers to the airports again, or on much needed nights out.

Lastly, the whole Trusted Cars team would like to wish our driver Paul Chapman a happy retirement and hope both Paul and his wife Deborah enjoy their new home and hope to see them again soon. Thank you once again for your efforts, Paul.
